Little’s Chauffeur Drive, Scotland’s largest chauffeur drive operator, serves clients across the UK and worldwide with a fleet of over forty luxury vehicles.

Business Development Manager – Corporate & Strategic Accounts

We are creating a new role to support the continued growth of Little’s corporate and strategic accounts business. This hybrid position requires frequent travel across Scotland and occasional wider UK travel.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and secure new corporate and strategic account opportunities across Scotland and the UK
  • Develop relationships with key decision makers across corporate, hospitality, travel and entertainment sectors
  • Manage the full sales process from prospecting through to onboarding
  • Support the growth and development of existing strategic accounts
  • Promote Little’s UK wide and international chauffeur services to existing and prospective clients
  • Lead targeted growth activity in Aberdeen following recent business expansion
  • Prepare and deliver tailored proposals, presentations and client pitches
  • Work closely with operations and reservations teams to ensure seamless onboarding and client experience
  • Maintain accurate sales activity and pipeline reporting within the CRM system
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activity to support commercial decision making
  • Represent Little’s professionally at client meetings, networking events and industry events

Skills and Experience Required

  • Confident and commercially minded relationship builder with experience in B2B sales, account management or business development
  • Experience in or familiarity with luxury hospitality, corporate travel, premium service industries, travel management companies, luxury or customer led brands
  • Proven ability to develop new business relationships
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
  • Polished and professional approach
  • Commercial awareness and relationship building capability
  • Self motivation and personal accountability
  • High attention to detail and commitment to customer service
  • Confidence operating in a fast paced and evolving business
  • Experience within luxury hospitality, travel, tourism or premium service sectors is advantageous but not essential
