Visitor Experience Lead – Admissions, Tours & Retail

Job Description

The National Trust for Scotland is seeking staff to help operate visitor services at our Ayr site, ensuring smooth admissions, retail and catering experiences for all guests. The role emphasises welcoming diverse visitors, supporting special needs access and guiding groups when required.

You’ll answer questions, share site history, promote memberships and offer Gift Aid, while maintaining high standards of presentation and teamwork across departments.
