Job Description
Vehicle Technician – Fife – Salary: £36,000 – £42,000 OTE
Location: Fife
Working Hours
- 8:30am – 5pm Monday to Friday
- 8:30am – 12:30pm every other week
- 30 minute lunch break
Conditions
- MOT license and accreditation provided
- Bonus paid on labour sales
Key Responsibilities
- Undertake maintenance, service and repair activities on motor vehicles to the highest standard.
- Complete all work within manufacturer’s scheduled times to maintain efficiency.
- Record diagnosis, work completed, and components used in line with group and manufacturer standards.
- Keep work areas clean, tidy, and safe.
- Liaise effectively with colleagues and customers at all levels in a polite and efficient manner.
- Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.
Minimum Requirements
- Qualified to NVQ level 3 (or equivalent).
- At least 2 years of experience in a dealership or similar as a technician.
- Excellent customer service and technical skills.
- Valid driving licence.
- Ability to work without supervision.
- Responsibility for quality and quantity of work.
