Job Description

The Monogram Collective is seeking a dedicated People & Culture Generalist to support the full employee lifecycle across our Scottish properties, Pine Trees Hotel in Pitlochry and Meldrum House Hotel in Aberdeenshire. You will report to the Head of People & Culture and travel between hotels.

You will handle employee relations, recruitment, onboarding, compliance, and HR systems, while contributing to exciting new initiatives and maintaining luxury service standards.
