National Records of Scotland is seeking a Head of Transformation and Portfolio Delivery to lead a strategic, organisation-wide transformation portfolio and shape how services are modernised and digitised for the people of Scotland.

You will drive prioritisation, governance, and outcomes, leading multidisciplinary teams and influencing senior stakeholders to deliver real public value and lasting improvements across the organisation.
