Work Culture
37hr working week, although hours may vary depending on role, job requirement or site-specific arrangements. Early 1.30pm finish Friday, start your weekend early! About the Role
Job Title: Transformation Delivery Manager
Function: PMO
Location: Glenrothes (Hybrid, 3 days a week on site)
Clearance Required: SC
Eligible Duration: Fixed Term Contract (12 months)
Hours: Full time – 37 hours per week with early Friday finish
Responsibilities
- Take full accountability for the delivery of assigned transformation initiatives, from mobilisation through to implementation and handover.
- Develop and maintain robust project plans, including scope, milestones, dependencies, risks, issues, benefits, and resource requirements.
- Lead cross-functional project teams, ensuring clear ownership, accountability, and delivery against agreed objectives.
- Manage project governance, reporting, and assurance in line with organisational project management frameworks and standards.
- Proactively identify, assess, and mitigate delivery risks, escalating issues where required to ensure momentum and outcomes are protected.
- Drive stakeholder engagement and alignment across operational, functional, and leadership teams.
- Support transformation initiatives such as process standardisation, system implementation, operating model redesign, and capability uplift.
- Ensure change impacts are understood and managed, working with stakeholders to support adoption and sustainability of delivered outcomes.
- Prepare and present clear, concise updates for senior stakeholders, steering committees, or programme boards.
Essential
- Proven experience delivering complex transformation, business change, or project initiatives end-to-end.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders.
- Experience delivering process, systems, or operating model change within a structured environment.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the confidence to influence at all levels.
- Self-motivated and delivery-focused, with the ability to work independently and gain SC Clearance.
Desirable
- Project management qualification (APM, PRINCE2, PMP, or equivalent).
- Experience supporting ERP, digital, or enterprise-wide transformation programmes.
- Background within manufacturing, engineering, aerospace, defence, technology, or other complex industries.
- Experience working within regulated environments and formal governance frameworks.
- Knowledge of change management approaches and business adoption activities.
