Job Description

Virgin Media is seeking a Retail Advisor in East Kilbride to help customers choose from mobiles, broadband and TV packages, delivering friendly, informed guidance and building trust.

You will join a close-knit retail team, complete 2 x 2-day induction sessions (30 hours) covering product knowledge and systems, with ongoing coaching to support your growth beyond induction. Shifts include evenings and weekends to meet store targets.
