Talent Development & Apprenticeship Advisor

Job Description

Babcock is seeking an Emerging Talent Advisor to develop and support graduate and apprenticeship programmes. The role is based in Rosyth with hybrid working and a 36-hour week, Monday to Friday with a Friday half-day.

You will manage a caseload of apprentices and graduates, monitor progress, partner with managers and providers, and lead outreach to promote careers in engineering and defence. A SC clearance is required.
