Job Details
12 Week Fixed Term Contract. Must be fully flexible to work 5 days out of 7 per week including weekends and bank holidays. Fashion experience desirable.
Responsibilities
- Support store management team by inspiring and supporting staff and volunteers to deliver an excellent customer journey that reflects our values.
- Ensure highest standard of customer service.
- Achieve sales targets.
- Maintain high standard of visual merchandising.
- Maximise sales through physical and digital channels.
- Support recruitment and development of volunteers.
- Achieve expectations within campaign activities.
- Work with the manager to generate stock.
Qualifications
- Experience in customer service in a senior sales assistant role.
- Commercially driven to encourage new ideas.
- Inclusive approach to developing teams.
- Passion for delivering exceptional customer service and achieving the highest retail standards.
