Our client is recruiting a Chef de Partie for their busy hotel near Oakham in Rutland. They are looking for a Chef who has experience of working at AA Rosette standard in a busy fresh food operation. You will support the Head & Chef in the running of service and will prepare meals for the restaurant, bar and functions. The role is 40 hours a week with overtime paid. Live in accommodation can be provided.

The Role
- Reporting to the Head Chef you will be assisted by junior chefs
- Working in the Rosette standard kitchen using fresh, local and seasonal ingredients
- Preparing and plating for hotel and restaurant guests
- Opportunity for career progression within the company
The Person
- You will already be a Chef de Partie
- Able to work unsupervised
- Have experience of working in a 1AA rosette hotel or restaurant kitchen
- Good attention to detail
