Grade and Salary

Grade UE04: £26,093 to £28,778 per annum (pro rated at £14.30-£15.77 per hour for part time) plus a 5 % premium band for flexible working.

Team and Working Hours

CSG / Accommodation, Catering and Events / Property Team.

Full time: 35 hours per week, working on a 5 over 7 basis including weekends and varied shift patterns typically between 7 am and 6 pm.

Fixed term: 18 May 2026 to 13 September 2026.

Opportunity

This is a fantastic opportunity to join our busy Housekeeping Team. We are looking for positive, enthusiastic, and dedicated people with a strong customer focus to help maintain high cleaning and housekeeping standards across our accommodation.

Position

Summer Domestic Team Leader. You will be responsible for all aspects of linen operations across multiple buildings, including planning stock requirements in line with business levels, adjusting stock as needed, ensuring accurate distribution of linen to the housekeeping teams, overseeing correct counting and recording of both clean and used linen, and following up directly with our linen supplier regarding any discrepancies.

You will be supported by a Team Supervisor and a team of eight Linen Assistants, working together to ensure efficient distribution, collection, and counting of linen, while also managing all aspects of team performance.

Qualifications

  • Excellent organisational skills.
  • Previous experience in housekeeping or hospitality.
  • Attention to detail and a passion for delivering excellent service.
  • Outstanding customer service skills and the ability to communicate effectively and professionally with a wide range of colleagues and customers.
  • Experience in workload allocation to team members.
  • Supervisory skills are desirable.

Working Conditions

  • Weekend working on a rota basis for the duration of the contract.
