Job Description

Diodes-Incorporated seeks a Senior HR Business Partner / HR Site Lead to drive HR transformation at the GFAB site and support regional initiatives. You will partner with the site senior leadership, build credibility as a trusted HR advisor, and lead the HR team to align people plans with business priorities.

You will coach leaders on performance, talent planning and organisational design, while ensuring regulatory compliance and a proactive employee relations approach.
