Job Description

1870 John Dewar & Sons Ltd. seeks an HR Business Partner in Glasgow to support assigned teams through coaching, engagement, and compliance with HR policies. The role requires 3+ years of HR experience, expertise in employee relations, and strong problem-solving abilities.

The successful candidate will also facilitate engagement initiatives, maintain HR systems, and work closely with management. A Bachelor’s degree in HR or Business Administration is required.
