Job Description

NHS Greater Glasgow and Clyde is seeking an experienced Human Resources Manager on a part time, fixed term basis for 1 year. You will join an established HR team at Commonwealth House, providing strategic and operational support to services across Glasgow and the HSCP.

The role focuses on workforce planning, employee relations, and staff engagement, with flexible working patterns and pro rata salary. You will influence workforce opportunities, implement policy, and develop leadership capability
