Strategic HR Consultant – Employee Relations & Policy

Job Description

The City of Edinburgh Council is seeking an HR Consultant to join the Employee Relations and Policy Team. You’ll help shape employment policies and support positive employee and trade union relations through research, analysis and collaboration.

You’ll manage a varied range of projects across employee relations and policy development, ensuring policies reflect legislation and organisational priorities. This is a fixed-term role to 15 August 2027 with a salary within the published range.
