Job Description

NatWest Group seeks an Early Talent Strategy Manager to lead enterprise-wide graduate, intern and apprenticeship programmes. You will shape governance, standards and the talent ecosystem to strengthen pipelines and align with strategic workforce plans.

You will influence external partnerships, maximise levy utilisation, and provide strategic guidance to HR on investment decisions while collaborating across the business in a hybrid working model from Edinburgh.
