Smiggle Glasgow Silverburn is seeking a part-time Supervisor to support the Store Manager in driving performance and delivering exceptional customer experiences. You will guide the team, boost sales, and ensure brand standards are upheld in a fast-paced environment filled with our playful products.

You will help induct new Sales Assistants, develop staff capabilities, and lead by example in daily briefings and customer interactions.
