Job Title: Field Sales Representative
Location: Elgin
Salary: 35,000 + Commission Structure
Hours: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Key Responsibilities:
– Business Development: Increase sales to existing customers while actively identifying and pursuing new customers within the allocated area(s).
– Customer Engagement: Understand and identify individual customer requirements, matching products to meet those needs effectively.
– Sales Targets: Achieve monthly order and sales targets as agreed with your line manager.
– Territory Management: Cover your allocated area(s) to company standards, engaging with both established and potential customers.
– Administrative Duties: Manage your allocated area(s) in accordance with company policies, including maintaining customer records and reporting on sales activities.
– Sales Reporting: Provide accurate and timely reports on sales activities using the appropriate company documentation.
– Customer Records Maintenance: Ensure the upkeep of established and prospective customer records as well as all sales-related equipment.
– Training & Development: Attend sales meetings, training courses, and engage in continuous self-development through regular reading, study, and practice.
– Customer Expansion: Focus on expanding the number of onshore customers and maintaining consistent sales with them.
– Time Management: Maximise face-to-face selling time with the highest possible number of clients to optimise sales potential.
– Additional Tasks: Carry out any additional tasks as required to support the business.
Qualifications:
– Proven experience in a sales role, preferably in a field-based position.
– Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
– Ability to work independently and manage your own time effectively.
– A proactive and results-oriented approach to sales.
– Valid driver’s license.
