Hotel Chocolat in Glasgow is seeking an Assistant Store Manager with a people focused approach to support the Store Manager in driving profitable sales and a premium customer experience.

You will be accountable for store operations in the Store Manager’s absence, coach the team, and help deliver KPI targets with a strong emphasis on customer engagement and health and safety compliance.
