Retirement Housing Coordinator & Domestic 

Salary: £15,082 £15,388* per annum

Trust  has an exciting opportunity for a Retirement Housing Coordinator  at Donald Caskie Square, Bowmore. This role will also include Domestic duties that will account for 12 of the contracted 24 hours per week.

  • £15,082 £15,388* per annum (Coordinator salary is £7594 or £7900 depending on annual leave package & Domestic salary is £7488 per annum)

What we’re looking for in our Retirement Coordinator: 

You will provide advice and assistance in housing management and property related issues, to our tenants in Bowmore, ensuring that tenants and their visitors can enjoy a safe, secure and comfortable environment.  

Retirement Coordinator Skills and Experience:                                                        

You should be self-motivated and capable of working on your own initiative as you will play a key role in the lives of our tenants, promoting and supporting them to achieve independent living. Previous experience of working with older people would be an advantage. 

What we’re looking for in our Domestic 

To ensure our housing development is maintained at a high standard, you should be self-motivated and want to achieve high levels of cleanliness.  

Skills and experience required to become our Domestic: 

You should have a warm, friendly personality, an understanding attitude towards older people and an ability to work well on your own initiative.
