Service Team Leader – Supported Housing & Mental Health

Job Description

Waythrough is seeking a Team Leader for its supported housing service at The Belmont, Clevedon (near Weston-super-Mare). You will oversee day to day operations, lead staff and volunteers, manage referrals, and ensure safe, recovery focused support aligned with policies and contracts.

You will develop pathways, monitor performance, and collaborate with Social Services, Housing, Jobcentre and health services, deputising for the Area Manager as required. A full UK driving licence is essential.
