Lloyds Banking Group in Edinburgh is seeking a Service Design Lead for a 12-month FTC/Secondment. You’ll lead one of our experience design teams, shaping the new Lloyds Wealth service, and working across the full service journey with product owners, engineers and compliance experts.

You’ll build and develop a team of designers and researchers, using evidence-based design to drive outcomes for customers and the business, while delivering quality interfaces in Figma and guiding design thinking
