Senior Social Care Lead – Older Adults Residential Home

Job Description

Argyll and Bute Council invites applications for a Senior Social Care Worker in a 16-bed residential service for older adults. You will lead and support a team to deliver high-quality, person-centred care and help residents live as independently and safely as possible.

You will work closely with residents, families, and healthcare professionals, contributing to medication management, risk assessment, safeguarding, and accurate record-keeping. PVG membership or SSSC/NMC registration is required.
