Senior RF Engineer – Defence Subsystems (Contract)

Job Description

Morson Human Resources Limited is seeking an experienced Principal RF Engineer to support defence technology developments in Edinburgh. You will work across the full hardware lifecycle from concept to production, delivering RF/microwave solutions with safety-critical applications.

The role requires 5+ years in RF design, a related degree, and hands-on lab skills with VNA, spectrum analyzers and signal generators, plus GaAs/GaN MMICs experience.
