Job Description

Aspris in Symington is looking for a passionate Senior Residential Support Worker to join our children’s home. You will be part of a small, caring team supporting up to 5 young people aged up to 18, with continuing care up to 21, in a warm, safe environment.

You will help young people build confidence, develop independence, and learn essential life skills. You will lead shifts, support and mentor colleagues, and help ensure the highest standards of care are delivered at all times.
