Requirements and Skills

  • Proven experience as a Recruitment Consultant within the oil and gas or energy sectors.

  • Strong understanding of sourcing and recruiting techniques.

  • Sales and customer service skills with exceptional communication abilities.

  • Organised, target-driven, with sound judgement and decision-making skills.

  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Marketing, or related field.
