Description
- Develop, implement, and manage QHSE policies and procedures across the organisation.
- This is a senior leadership role at the site in Dundee overseeing a function of around 18 heads within Quality, H&S and Environmental.
- Ensure compliance with relevant industry regulations and standards in all operations.
- Conduct regular audits and inspections to identify and mitigate risks.
- Lead and support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and safety.
- Provide training and guidance to staff on QHSE best practices.
- Monitor and report on key performance indicators related to quality, health, safety, and environmental management.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address any compliance or quality issues.
- Manage incident investigations and implement corrective actions as required.
Profile
A successful Senior QHSE Manager should have:
