Job Description

Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.

Product Knowledge: Develop an understanding of our software and the solutions it offers and communicate the value to clients and prospects.

Sales Support: Work alongside sales managers to identify sales opportunities and generate leads and work collaboratively to develop strategies to expand the client base.

Onboarding and Training: Guide clients through the onboarding process, ensuring a smooth transition.

Client Support: Address client issues and concerns in a timely and professional manner, liaising with the technical support team as required.

Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends, competitor products, and market developments.

Reports and Analysis: Prepare regular reports on client interactions, sales activities, and market trends.

Team Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, technical support, and software development to achieve company objectives and deliver excellent customer service.
