NHS Shetland is seeking an experienced Primary Care/Community Nursing Lead to provide strategic, clinical and operational leadership across Primary Care and Community Nursing services. This substantive, full-time post requires strong leadership and governance skills to deliver safe, person-centred care in a remote community.

The role offers Band 8a with a salary range £65,125-£70,303 per annum, plus Distant Island Allowance of £2,578 and relocation assistance up to £8,000.
