Jobtailor is seeking an experienced governance professional to lead development, implementation and governance of UK retirement plans and employee benefit programmes. You will engage trustees and senior stakeholders, ensure compliance with pension legislation, and align strategy with organisational goals.

You will oversee governance calendars, manage external advisers, and articulate material boards papers and minutes, delivering robust governance and cost oversight across retirement schemes.
