City of Edinburgh Council in Edinburgh is seeking a Team Leader Mental Health Officer to lead the MHO service, manage two specialist teams and ensure statutory duties are delivered effectively. The role includes line management for 10 MHO posts and 1 social worker, with oversight of incapacity and welfare decisions.
