Job Description

Caledonian Maritime Assets Limited seeks a Marine Operations Manager to oversee the day-to-day Marine Operations team, support the Harbour Master, and provide expert navigation safety and risk guidance across CMAL’s harbour and vessel network.

You will manage operational assurance, incidents, and stakeholder engagement, with a focus on continuous improvement of safety and performance. Flexible remote working is offered, with the role based at CMAL’s Clyde Estuary facilities.
