The role

You’ll advise employer clients on a broad range of employment matters, including:

• Employment tribunal litigation and pre hearing work
• Employment law and HR advisory support
• Drafting and reviewing contracts, policies and procedures
• Settlement agreements and employee relations issues
• Employment input on corporate and commercial transactionsDelivering training and contributing to business development

About you

This role would suit an Employment Solicitor who:

• Has 2+ years’ PQE in employment law
• Is confident managing their own caseload with support
• Communicates clearly with clients and colleagues
• Is organised, adaptable and commercially aware
• Enjoys working collaboratively as part of a wider team
