Green Recruitment Company represents a leading independent power producer focused on renewable energy, seeking a Legal Counsel to support capital markets and M&A activity in the U.S. with emphasis on tax equity, project finance, debt funding, and deal execution.

You will collaborate with lenders, tax advisors, and internal teams to structure, negotiate, and close complex financings while navigating ITC/PTC rules and transaction documentation.
