Senior District Nurse Specialist Practitioner – Home Care

Job Description

NHS National Services Scotland is seeking a District Nurse Specialist Practitioner (Band 7) to lead the delivery of high-quality, person-centred care in patients’ homes and community settings. You will assess, plan, coordinate and evaluate complex care, and provide clinical leadership to a dedicated team of nurses.

This substantive full-time role (36 hours per week) offers autonomy, a varied caseload and opportunities to develop staff and improve community services. Closing date 2 August 2026.
