OCS UK & Ireland is seeking an experienced Catering Operations Manager to lead contract catering services for a major site in the UK. You will oversee menu development, staff supervision and training, and ensure compliance with client requirements and safety standards.

You’ll recruit and manage a team, manage budgets, and work with vendors to secure best prices. This is a full-time on-site role with early start hours and a focus on delivering quality customer service.
