Job Description

St Philip’s Care is seeking a Senior Care Assistant for Knowesouth Care Centre. You will lead and coordinate a team of care workers to deliver high-quality care, ensuring residents’ dignity and independence. You will support the Manager and may act in their absence, fostering person-centred care.

The role requires NVQ 3 / MA L3 in Health and Social Care or working towards it, plus prior senior experience in a residential or nursing home. Training and development are provided.
