Job Description

HC-One is seeking a Senior Care Assistant to deliver person-centred care in our dementia, nursing, residential and specialist care homes. You will plan and implement care that supports residents’ security, dignity and independence, while building strong relationships with residents and families.

You will lead a team of Care Assistants, maintain high standards of care, and support the Registered Nurse and Care Manager.
