Lab Technician: Calibration & Microbiology

Job Description

Glasgow City Council’s Neighbourhoods, Regeneration and Sustainability department is advertising a Technician (Scientific Services) on a fixed-term basis. The role is based within the calibration and microbiology laboratories and requires analysis of a wide variety of samples, good laboratory practices, and the ability to work with limited supervision.

A minimum City & Guilds/ONC/SCOTVEC or equivalent qualification and a current driving licence are essential to travel to sites across Scotland.
