You’ll collaborate with project teams, including Directors, Associates, and Project Architects, to deliver exceptional architectural solutions. Your focus will be on design excellence, technical proficiency, and project viability.Responsibilities:

  • Produce detailed technical drawings, specifications, and construction documents.
  • Collaborate with architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure design intent is accurately translated into built form.
  • Conduct site visits and surveys to assess existing conditions and inform design decisions.
  • Assist in project coordination, including liaising with contractors and suppliers.
  • Contribute to the development of innovative design solutions while adhering to industry standards and regulations.

What you will need to succeed:

  • Degree or equivalent qualification in Architectural Technology or related field.
  • Proven experience as an Architectural Technician, ideally within a reputable architectural practice.
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and other relevant software.
  • Strong knowledge of building regulations, construction methods, and materials.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

Project Focus:This role specifically involves site delivery for large-scale projects in Scotland, with a project portfolio that includes £50 million developments.
