A reputable Housing Developer is looking for a Contracts Manager to join their team due to expansion. This role is open to a Senior Site Manager who is looking to step up.
Job Duties:
- Oversee and manage all contracts within the construction projects
- Negotiate terms and conditions, pricing, and timelines with suppliers and subcontractors
- Ensure compliance with regulations and company policies
- Monitor project progress and communicate updates to stakeholders
- Resolve any issues or conflicts that may arise during the contract lifecycle
- Manage budget and financial aspects of contracts
Required Qualifications:
- SMSTS certification
- CSCS certification
- First Aid certification
- Valid Driving Licence
Experience:
Minimum of 3 years of experience in Senior Site Manager role within the new build housing sector.
Knowledge and Skills:
- Strong understanding of contract law and regulations
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Proven track record of successful contract management
Working Conditions:
- Office-based with frequent site visits across the Perth, Kinross and South Fife area
