Multiverse is the UK’s largest apprenticeship provider and its first EdTech unicorn. The AI Transformation team exists to rebuild how the company works, with a mandate to make Multiverse an AI first company from the core out, across function boundaries.

The team focuses on owning complete agent systems, designing retrieval strategies, and building evaluation frameworks that ensure quality, safety, and reliability at scale.
