Job Description

The Devil’s Advocate in Edinburgh is seeking an experienced Head Chef to lead our kitchen, shaping bold seasonal Scottish dishes around our renowned whisky collection. You will take ownership of all kitchen operations, guiding a brigade to deliver consistently excellent food.

As Head Chef, you will manage menu development, food safety, stock, and costs, while working closely with management to create memorable guest experiences in one of Edinburgh’s distinctive Old Town venues.
