Role Overview
Seeking an enthusiastic Sales Assistant for a part time position (7.5 hours per shift) at Salvation Army Trading Company Ltd.
Pay: £12.88 per hour. 1 day in 6 weeks. No evenings or Sundays.
Transfer to other shops within cluster as needed.
Responsibilities
- Maintain visual merchandising standards.
- Assist customers throughout their visit.
- Promote and explain Gift Aid and other promotions.
- Complete company paperwork (cash up, banking).
- Assist in volunteer training.
- Sort and prepare donated stock.
- Support the Shop Manager with best practice and health & safety procedures.
- Manage the shop and volunteers in Manager’s absence.
- Represent company values in personal conduct.

Hours & Shift Pattern
Shift basis Monday to Saturday. 1 day every 6 weeks.
