Job Description

BEAR Scotland invites applications for a Highway Maintenance Operative role based in Lochgelly. The post requires an HGV licence, a proactive approach to highway upkeep, and the ability to work on a standby rota.

You will join a dedicated team maintaining trunk roads, carrying out drainage, road furniture installation, winter response, and general civil works with safety as a priority.
