As aReward Consultant, you’ll be part of a team that’s shaping the future of Reward-and your own career.This role offers a unique opportunity to broaden your expertise across the full reward spectrum-from salary benchmarking and job evaluation to executive remuneration, regulatory compliance, and the design of pensions and benefits.You’ll take ownership of key projects and lead high-impact initiatives such as our annual pay and bonus cycle and flexible benefits programme. Working closely with senior stakeholders, you’ll gain valuable exposure and build influence across the business. All of this takes place in a supportive environment that prioritises development, offering clear pathways to progress into more senior Reward roles or diversify into related areas within the People team. Key Responsibilities include: Playing a key role in the annual pay and bonus review process Supporting the launch and ongoing management of our flexible benefits offering Driving ongoing engagement with our colleague pension and wider savings offerings Supporting executive remuneration and regulatory reporting Conducting job evaluations, ensuring consistency across our organisational design Collaborating with stakeholders across the business to deliver data-driven, commercially sound reward solutions We’d love to hear from you if you have: Experience in Reward, with a good understanding of compensation, benefits, and pensions A commercial mindset and understanding of how reward drives business success Confidence in communicating complex ideas to a range of stakeholders, including senior leaders Strong analytical skills and Excel proficiency Familiarity with job evaluation methodologies and industry best practice Ability to manage multiple projects and adapt in a dynamic environment We’re serious about your future and our enhanced pension scheme is now in place. We ask you to contribute 3% of your salary to your pension and we’ll put in 9%. If you decide to contribute more, we’ll match it up to a combined total of 20% of your salary (that’s 7% from you and 13% from us).
