Seamill Hydro Hotel, part of RAD Hotel Group, invites applications for a Restaurant Supervisor to oversee the restaurant’s day-to-day operations and ensure guests enjoy a warm welcome and exceptional dining experience.

Reporting to hotel management, you will lead the front-of-house team, support service excellence, manage reservations, train staff, and maintain a clean, safe dining environment in line with health and safety regulations.
