The Role

As Restaurant Supervisor, you will support the management team in leading the front of house operation and delivering an experience worthy of Rosette recognition and beyond.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Supporting the smooth day to day running of the restaurant
• Delivering consistently exceptional guest service
• Supervising, motivating, and guiding the team during service
• Maintaining high service standards in line with Rosette aspirations
• Assisting with team training and development
• Acting as a point of contact for guests, ensuring a polished yet welcoming experience

This is more than a service role, it’s a key position within a restaurant on an exciting upward trajectory.

About You

We’re seeking someone who:

• Has experience in a similar hospitality or supervisory role
• Understands high service standards within quality driven environments
• Leads by example and supports team performance
• Thrives in a vibrant, fast paced setting
• Is flexible and available to work evenings and weekends
