What is the role of a Recruitment Resourcer?
As a Resourcer you will be supporting our team of Consultants who partner with clients across the North and North East of Scotland on their recruitment projects.
Unlike a Consultant role, as a Resource you will not be required to develop business, you’ll be responsible purely for candidates generation and management.
What roles will you be recruiting for?
- Temporary positions (short term holiday/sickness cover or long term project support)
- Administrative and contact centre jobs
- Dundee, Perth area
Day to day, what will the role involve?
- Managing and engaging with your current temporary workforce
- Marketing: advertising positions on job boards and social media
- Interviewing candidates face to face and via video
- Recruitment admin, ensuring compliance of our workforce
- Keeping in touch with available candidates
- Working closely with Consultants and Management to ascertain candidate pool gaps and ensure up to date market knowledge
- Market research

Essential for this role are excellent IT and communication skills – written and verbal.
