Reinstatement Supervisor – Permanent – Central Scotland
An established organisation is seeking a Reinstatement Supervisor to oversee reinstatement works on a permanent basis, ensuring they are delivered safely, efficiently, and to a high standard of quality.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead, coach, and manage multiple reinstatement teams
- Attend site meetings and liaise with relevant authorities to ensure works are planned effectively, including labour, plant, and materials
- Manage programmes proactively to minimise disruption and avoid preventable issues
- Reduce S74 charges, defects, and interim reinstatements
- Support and manage employee training and development
- Ensure full compliance with health, safety, and environmental legislation
- Drive continuous improvement and encourage innovative working practices
Skills & Experience:
- Previous supervisory experience within the construction industry
- Strong communication and organisational skills with sound decision-making ability
- Full UK driving licence
38,000 – 42,000 DOE
