Reinstatement Supervisor
Avenue Recruitment have a new opportunity for a Reinstatement Supervisor to join our client, to be responsible for ensuring reinstatement works are carried out safely and to the highest standards.
Responsibilities:
- Coaching, mentoring and managing several Reinstatement teams
- Attending site meetings and liaising with Highways, to ensure works are planned effectively, including resourcing, plant and materials
- Proactively manage schedules to minimise disruption and preventable mistakes
- Reduce S74s, defects & interim reinstatement
- Manage employee training and ensure your direct reports are able to make their best contribution
- Ensure all work complies with relevant H&S and environmental legislation
- Promote and drive continual improvement and innovative ideas
Skill set:
We would love to hear from you if you have previously worked in a supervisory position in construction. The candidate must have great communication skills, good sense of judgement and a full UK driving license.
